This collaboration introduces a nationwide program offering online medical evaluations and respirator fit testing services for Moldex customers.

With this strategic alliance, Moldex is deepening its commitment to respiratory protection. These services, powered by Mobile Health, provide seamless medical evaluations and respirator fit testing, key elements of complying with the OSHA standard for respiratory protection, which help protect workers from hazardous airborne substances. OSHA also mandates companies have a written respiratory protection program, which Mobile Health’s services also support.

Per OSHA requirements, a medical evaluation must be completed prior to fit testing, as it determines if a person is medically fit to wear a respirator. With Mobile Health’s streamlined approach, both the medical evaluation and fit test will take approximately 15-20 minutes per employee. Results are typically available in minutes and stored securely on XM Solutions, a cloud-based data platform. Employees and employers can easily access evaluation results, and Mobile Health staff are available for follow-up consultations if needed.
