If the antibody count falls below a certain number, they lack immunity, which places them at risk of contracting and spreading the disease.
If the titers show a lack of immunity, the employee then requires a vaccine to prove immunity and stay compliant with regulations. Some vaccines come packaged in specific combinations that could be administered together.
