Mobile Health Expands Leadership Team to Accelerate Growth Initiatives

NEW YORK, September 28, 2026 — Mobile Health, a national leader in employee compliance, health and wellness services, is expanding its leadership team to accelerate its next phase of growth, led by the appointment of Scott Sperling as Chief Revenue Officer. Sperling will lead the company’s sales and marketing organization and drive organic growth across the business. As part of these changes, James Anderson, who has been the Company’s Chief Growth Officer for the last 7 years, will step into the new role of Chief Strategy Officer.

Sperling joins the Mobile Health team from Vensure Employer Solutions, a national human resources, payroll, and compliance provider, and previously served as Vice President of Sales, North America, at Kogniz. He brings more than 15 years of experience building and scaling sales teams at venture- and private equity-backed B2B companies, primarily in HR and workforce compliance.

“Scott has devoted his career to helping employers solve their toughest workforce challenges, from HR to payroll to compliance,” said Kenneth Faltischek, CEO of Mobile Health. “His perspective and experience is exactly what we need as we expand. Having Scott focused on our current growth initiatives will allow James to focus on the strategic opportunities that will shape our future.”

As Chief Revenue Officer, Sperling will focus on deepening relationships with Mobile Health’s clients and expanding the company’s reach, helping more employers streamline their employee compliance and invest in health and wellness as they grow their workforce.

“Mobile Health has built an exceptional foundation over the last 40+ years, creating a nationwide network with a proven ability to help employers hire faster and stay compliant,” said Sperling. “I’m excited to help lead the next chapter of growth by refining our go-to-market strategy, strengthening client relationships, and bringing Mobile Health’s solutions to more organizations. Together, we have a tremendous opportunity to make employee compliance, health and wellness simpler, more accessible, and more valuable for employers and their employees nationwide.”

Complementing Sperling’s appointment, Anderson’s move builds on his track record at Mobile Health. Over the past several years, he has played an important role in the company’s growth and evolution. As Chief Strategy Officer, James will focus on the larger strategic opportunities ahead, including strategic partnerships, new markets and services, and corporate development initiatives.

Together, these leadership changes reflect Mobile Health’s continued investment in its clients and its commitment to long-term growth.
