NEW YORK, June 13, 2025 — Mobile Health, a nationwide leader in occupational health services specializing in pre-employment and compliance exams, has announced the addition of four new senior leaders to its executive team. As the company continues to scale its impact and accelerate innovation, these strategic hires bring deep experience in customer success, network operations, data analytics, and service delivery — all critical to Mobile Health’s continued growth and mission to transform workforce health.
“This is a pivotal time for Mobile Health,” said Kenneth Faltischek, CEO of Mobile Health. “As demand grows for faster, more flexible hiring and compliance solutions, these new leaders bring the right mix of vision and execution to take our operations and customer experience to the next level. They’re already making a tremendous impact.”
Colleen Santoro: Director of Provider Network and Network Operations
Reporting directly to Faltischek, Colleen Santoro leads a newly unified strategy for Mobile Health’s Network Development and Network Operations teams. A seasoned leader with a background in healthcare staffing, most recently at Aya Healthcare and previously at Intelycare, Colleen brings a strategic mindset to growing and managing Mobile Health’s national network of 6,500+ clinics.
“I’m thrilled to join a team that’s laser-focused on quality, efficiency, and access,” said Santoro. “Unifying our network strategy is about more than structure — it’s about giving our clients the coverage and responsiveness they need, wherever their workforce may be.”
Valerio Bruscianelli: Director of Strategy, FP&A, and Data Analytics
Also reporting to Faltischek, Valerio Bruscianelli is spearheading Mobile Health’s focus on a data-driven culture, aligning strategic planning, financial performance, and analytics. He partners cross-functionally to drive operational improvements and long-term growth initiatives.
“I’m excited to help scale Mobile Health’s tech-powered approach to workforce health,” said Bruscianelli. “By aligning strategy, finance, and analytics, we can deliver smarter solutions that serve both employers and employees — and accelerate our plan to positively impact all employees in regulated industries by 2030.”
Stephen Taylor: Vice President of Customer Success
After leading a critical customer support initiative in a consulting capacity, Stephen Taylor officially joins Mobile Health as Vice President of Customer Success. Reporting directly to Faltischek, Stephen will scale customer support across the organization, with a focus on operational excellence and user experience.
“Mobile Health has a powerful foundation — and even more powerful potential,” said Taylor. “By building on our data-centric approach and leveraging smart technologies, we can deliver a seamless, intuitive, and high-impact customer experience at scale.”
Stacey Horowitz: Director of Customer Operations
Reporting to Taylor, Stacey Horowitz will oversee client-facing support teams and implement process improvements across the customer journey. Her leadership is rooted in empathy, innovation, and a belief in the power of technology to drive better outcomes.
“Healthcare is personal, and so is great service,” said Horowitz. “At Mobile Health, I see a real opportunity to scale smarter — using automation where it adds value, while empowering our teams to deliver the kind of service that truly makes a difference.”
With these strategic hires, Mobile Health reinforces its commitment to delivering faster, more reliable occupational health solutions nationwide — helping healthcare organizations and other regulated employers streamline onboarding, stay compliant, and protect their workforce.
