City home care agencies can schedule workers’ COVID-19 vaccine appointments with Mobile Health beginning March 4, 2021, now that the New York City Department of Health (NY DOH) has designated Mobile Health a community vaccinator for home care workers.
Vaccines are only available to home care workers and agencies. They will be administered by appointment only in Mobile Health’s Midwood, Brooklyn clinic at 1797 Coney Island Avenue.
Home care agencies in New York City can schedule vaccine appointments for workers through the Mobile Health Client Portal. Agencies should have each employee’s email address and mobile phone number on hand for scheduling so Mobile Health can notify workers of their appointments.

COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Partner
Mobile Health’s has a proud 38-year history as a provider of occupational health services, including physical exams, vaccines and flu shots, to New York employers. This history, with a specific focus on home care workers, uniquely qualifies Mobile Health as a COVID-19 community vaccinator for the city.

Last month, the occupational health provider set up a dedicated vaccination center for the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), where it will vaccinate thousands of NY transit workers weekly. Mobile Health supplies vaccinators and support staff to the MTA center as well as technology to support patient scheduling, dosage tracking and reporting.
